Q1. How to place order ?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing Literallyme account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
Q2. How do i know that my order has placed successfully?
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS/ WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
Q3. How do i check my order status ?
- To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the Menu bar on your left hand side of the screen.
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
- If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at Literallymehub@gmail.com, we will see what we can do to help.
Q4. Is there any additional charges for COD ( Cash on delivery )?
- Yes, we charge a flat fee of ₹50 for COD orders.
Q5. Why i can't see the COD option ?
- If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
Q6. How can i cancel the order i have placed ?
- Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website and then select the order you want to cancel. If you are facing an issue, please email us at Literallymehub@gmail.com and we will sort it for you.
Q7. What should i do if my payment fails ?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at Literallymehub@gmail.com.
Q8. Do you take bulk order or customized products ?
- Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at Literallymehub@gmail.com . We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

We do not store your credit card or netbanking details. All monetary processing and transactions are done through a secure third party payment gateway provided by EBS which is a leader in online payment systems and is verified by Verisign (TM).

Shipping Policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse after 2-3 days
- Once shipped out from our warehouse deliveries usually happen within 8-9 working days depending on your location.
- If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
What if my order contains a Print on Demand (POD) product?
DTF T-shirts, Hoodies are Print-on-demand products and are custom made for you once you place an order. These products usually take 2-3 days to be manufactured and shipped out from our warehouse. If your order contains a mix of POD and stocked products, the entire order will be shipped together once your POD products are ready.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse.
Do check your e-mail Spam folder in case you can't find the e-mail from us.
Are there any shipping charges?
- All the orders have FREE SHIPPING.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional handling charge of Rs 50 per 500 grams This amount is calculated based on your cart weight and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?
We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible. You can leave your email address in the dialog box that pops up when you try to add an item that's out of stock to your cart to receive an email notification as soon as it's back in stock.

Pricing

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Return Policy
We at Literallyme strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at Literallymehub@gmail.com.
What is Literally me's Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
All the collection in LiterallyMe are limited edition products and are made specially on your order demand that's why currently we do not exchange or return the product on the basis of size issue, but in case if the product is damages ripped or the wrong size or product is delivered to you, in that case its the responsibility of Literally me to get that product exchanged or returned according to your wish.
What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
What if my pin code is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us.
How do I self-ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
You can cancel your order through email or WhatsApp if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day. Orders containing DTF T-shirts, Poster, hoodies can not be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
